Chris Parkins
Office Manager
Chris Parkins joined our team as Office Manager at the beginning of 2014. He came to JWA with a diverse background in managing organizations and teams.
A graduate of Antioch College with a BA in Environmental Science in 1987, Chris completed his Masters in Education at Antioch University in 1990. After working several years in private education in the New England area, Chris moved to Monte Verde, Costa Rica, where he taught primary school. Upon returning to New England, Chris continued in education while launching his own technology company. In 2007 Chris earned a Certificate in IT management from Marlboro College Graduate School and continues to put his IT skills to use managing and evolving the IT systems for JWA. Chris’ importance to JWA cannot be understated. He is the glue that keeps us together.
When not at work, Chris can be found playing music at an open mic or around a friendly fire.
